#CFMBB RALLIES PAST POLK TO IMPROVE TO 12-1

OCALA--NJCAA No. 18 College of Central Florida men's basketball team rallied past Polk State College on Thursday night in Winter Haven to clinch their fifth consecutive win.

CF (12-1) got out to a slow start, shooting just 22 percent from the field to go into the half down by three. The Patriots rallied together to outscore the Eagles 35-25 in the second half and held PSC to just 20 percent shooting from the field to pull out a 60-53 road win.

FCSAA No. 4 Patriots out-rebounded the Eagles 49-38 and generated 17 PSC turnovers in the win.

Quenton Jackson led the CF offensive attack with 14 points. Canberk Kus (11 pts, 9 reb) was just one rebound shy of his fourth double-double of the season, while Carlos Dotson (10 pts, 6 reb), Xavier Baremore (8 pts), and Antwan Maxwell (7 reb) backed Jackson in the win.
