#CFMBB IMPROVES TO 9-1 IN ST. PETE ROUT

OCALA-- The College of Central Florida men's basketball team improved to 9-1 on the season after picking up a road win at St. Petersburg College on Saturday afternoon. 

CF went into the half with a seven-point lead and held steady in the second half to hold on to win defeat St. Pete by seven, 73-66.

Van Turner Jr. tied a season-high outing, dishing out 24 points for a second time this season. Turner also drained five 3-pointers on the night. Kevin Hunt Jr. added 15 points for his fourth-straight double-figure outing.

CF will travel to Hillsborough Community College on Tuesday for an 8 p.m. matchup.
