OCALA-- College of Central Florida men's basketball team picked up their third-straight win as they rolled past Pasco-Hernando State College on Thursday night at Patriot Gym.

The Patriots (3-0) never trailed and led by as many as 35 points in the 106-71 route of the Bobcats. The depth of the CF squad showed tonight, as the Patriots received 53 points off the bench.

Charleston Southern transfer Antwan Maxwell led the offensive attack with 16 points, while six other CF players scored in double figures including: Quenton Jackson (15 pts), Jerome Merritt (14 pts), Canberk Kus (14 pts), Van Turner Jr. (12 pts), Xavier Barmore (10 pts), and Alexander Oguinn (10 pts). Carlos Dotson led CF on the boards with nine rebounds, while Kus recorded eight rebounds and Maxwell had six. 

As a team, CF forced 22 Bobcat turnovers and held Pasco-Hernando to just 35 percent shooting from the field.

CF will be back in action on Tuesday evening when they welcome Polk State College to Patriot Gym. Tipoff is set for 7:30 pm. Plan to come early as the women tipoff at 5:30 p.m. against Palm Beach State College. 

CF Women's Basketball Shootout: CF women's basketball team hosts the CF Shootout Friday and Saturday with three games each day.
