The 100 points were a season-high for CF against an NJCAA member team.
Austin Bowman's 3-pointer with 40.4 seconds left pushed the Patriots to the century mark and pushed the team to a 13-of-29 effort from beyond the 3-point arc.
The Patriots jumped out to a 52-39 halftime lead, as they made 59 percent of their shots and committed just two turnovers over the first 20 minutes of the game.
Rogers, Lewis and Tabb all reached double figures during the opening half and combined for 36 points.
Albany got to within eight points early in the second half, but 3-pointers from Reyes, Rogers and Lewis pushed the margin back to 70-55 with 13:51 left.
For the game, CF assisted on 21-of-35 baskets and held ATC to 41 percent shooting.
The Patriots also finished with a 40-14 edge in bench scoring and held a 24-2 advantage in points off turnovers.
