Men's Basketball goes 2-1 in New York

OCALA-- In its third trip to New York in as many seasons, the College of Central Florida men's basketball team posted a 2-1 record.

This year's mark left the Patriots with a 6-3 record over the past three seasons during its trips to New York for round-robin tournament action.

CF defeated Monroe (N.Y.) 77-63 on Thursday evening, before an 86-70 loss to Harcum on Friday night.

The Patriots ended their swing to the Big Apple with a 77-64 over Baltimore City College.

CF (4-1) will return home to host Hillsborough Community College on Friday night at 8 p.m.

From there, the Patriots will host Eastern Florida State on Saturday night at 8 p.m. in a matchup of state tournament teams from a year ago.
