OCALA--A pair of College of Central Florida baseball players signed with the University of Tampa on Tuesday.
Crile, a local product out of North Marion, hit .330 with one homer and 17 RBI during the 2014 season for the Patriots.
Down the stretch of the 2014 season, Crile hit in eight-of-nine games with five-game hitting streak, as CF finished third in the state. Crile also scored 25 runs and stole three bases as a freshman.
He had his lone homer run in a win over Lake-Sumter and had a season-high three hits in a victory over Lincoln Land.
Lebron, meanwhile, went 6-2 last season with a 2.76 ERA. Along the way, he struck out 74 batters in 75 innings.
In Mid-Florida Conference action, Lebron stepped up.
Over the course of 47 innings, he allowed just 40 hits and struck out 53. Lebron compiled a 3-0 record and lowered his ERA to 1.91 in MFC play. He also averaged 10.15 strikeouts per nine innings in MFC games, up from 8.88 from his overall average.
CF saw Lebron win three straight outings during conference play. Lebron also won his last five desicions and went at least five innings in 11 of his 12 starts on the season.
